The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement across the line. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic computer skills.
• Able to read blueprints and operate measuring devices.
• Experience with set up, assembling and troubleshooting.
• Shift flexibility and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise operations and staff.
• Lay out work and set up equipment.
• Assigns work, reviews scheduling and ensures supplies.
• Inspect finished items for quality and maintain equipment.
• May maintain and prepare various records of reports.
• Enforce safety, quality and efficiency policies.
