Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive yard truck to move trailers in and out of offal.
• Maintain operation of offal equipment to meet plant requirements.
• Clean floor of product spills from conveyors before end of shift.
• Clean and sanitize inside and outside of offal to maintain a clean work environment.
• Load offal and feather trailers properly.
• Wash tumblers that separate meat from water.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• All other duties as assigned.
