Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Tooling Support Technician for the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:00am) in Fort Worth. You will perform in-press mold cleanings, minor maintenance, and support tooling and molding operations to keep production ready.

The role requires attention to detail, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to follow procedures; dry ice blasting experience is a plus. Join a team focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with injection molding.
• Good verbal and written communication; team oriented.
• Experience with tooling or mold maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-press mold cleanings and minor mold maintenance.
• Use dry ice blaster to clean molds and tooling components.
• Follow work orders and production priorities with accurate documentation.
• Complete tasks on a priority schedule and provide timely execution.
• Communicate with peers, operators, and leadership using standard formats.
• Support mold cleaning, PMs, and maintenance tasks on the floor and in the tool room.
• Collaborate with molding to maintain a clean, safe production area.
• Assist tooling and molding operations as needed on the floor and in the tool room.
