Responsibilities

• Set up machines and controls.
• Prepare molds for scheduled jobs.
• Change inserts and date codes as needed.
• Verify water lines and mold parameters.
• Prepare thermolater and set temperatures.
• Set clamp tonnage and core pull sequence.
• Ensure mold protection and nozzle/orifice sizing.
• Purge barrel and prepare molds for storage.
• Troubleshoot molding machines.
