Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Package Operator I for the 3rd shift in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role involves inspecting, labeling, and packaging finished drug products in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs.

The position requires handling packaging equipment, line clearances, and strict adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, keeping a clean production area, and documenting batch records.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A close visual acuity (eye exam) is required.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Employee may be required to lift 5–40 pounds.
• Employee may be required to stand continually throughout the shift.
• Job involves frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and lifting.
• The noise level of the job environment is moderate. Hearing protection is provided and may be required at times.

Responsibilities

• Performs visual inspection of drug product in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs.
• Performs manual packaging functions as required.
• Sets up, maintains and operates various equipment.
• Performs line clearance of production lines as required.
• Adheres to cGMPs and internal SOPs.
• Maintains quality of machine output and product integrity.
• Keeps production area clean during shift.
• Completes and maintains log books and batch records.
• Reports deviations to supervisor or designee.
• Performs other related production functions as determined by supervisor.
