We are looking for a talented 3rd Shift Machine Technician to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Mineral Point, WI.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

Maintenance: Local Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance and repair activities on facility structures and machinery including Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, light fabrication and tool work, and troubleshoot, repair, and replace components on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and production equipment, including presses and drills, to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations while minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support operational objectives by performing assigned duties and additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, job data sheets, and safety documentation while efficiently managing multiple priorities and maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
