Job summary

Cipla is seeking a Manufacturing Operator II for the MDI division on the 3rd shift in Fall River, MA. The role supports manufacturing of MDI products in a cGMP environment, reporting to the Production Supervisor.

The position requires attention to batch execution, documentation, and safety procedures on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include material dispensing, batch planning, line monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, QC, packaging, and facilities teams to ensure quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in English (speaking/reading/writing).
• 2-3 years manufacturing experience with MDI or aerosol products.

Responsibilities

• Dispense raw materials and primary packaging per work orders.
• Plan and execute batches with proper timing.
• Monitor cleaning and sanitation of production area and machinery.
• Record production materials and line status daily.
• Operate equipment and perform maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate with packaging, engineering, QA/QC for scheduling.
