Job summary

Cipla Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Operator II for MDI production on the 3rd shift in Fall River, MA. You will perform production tasks under cGMP guidelines and support multiple operations including packaging and facilities.

Prior experience with MDI or aerosols is preferred. Responsibilities include batch planning, equipment operation, calibration, and maintaining safety and quality standards while collaborating with QA, QC, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing experience with MDI or aerosol products.
• Proficient in English (speaking/reading/writing) to understand work instructions and document results.
• Knowledge of fundamental cGMP and OSHA safety requirements.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense raw materials and packing materials per work order.
• Plan and execute batches with proper sequencing.
• Monitor cleaning and sanitation of production areas according to SOPs.
• Record production materials and line data daily.
• Perform calibration/verification of instruments and weighing balances as scheduled.
• Ensure line clearance during batch changeovers and maintain product quality.
