Job summary

BorgWarner in Seneca, SC is seeking a Materials Associate to perform receiving, shipping, and storage in support of production operations. The role requires safely moving materials between storage, shipping, receiving and production areas with accurate reporting.

Candidates should have 6 months in a fast paced industrial environment, forklift experience, and familiarity with RF scanning and SAP or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months experience in a fast paced industrial lean environment recommended.
• Experience with RF scanning and SAP or a related warehouse system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials; verify against Pack Lists for quantity accuracy.
• Pick parts for shipment and package according to procedures.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Transfer parts between bin locations and prepare them for shipment.
• Enter material transactions into SAP and other systems accurately.
• Support 5S/Housekeeping and safety policies.
