Job summary

Copperweld in Fayetteville, TN is seeking a Material Handler for the 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.).

You will operate forklifts and material-handling equipment, transport materials to production areas, load and unload trucks, and help keep the warehouse organized.

The role requires basic computer skills (PLEX), adherence to safety protocols, flexibility for overtime, and teamwork to ensure materials are available for manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills in company systems (PLEX) and email.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform multiple machine operations.
• Shift flexibility and potential overtime.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials to and from production areas.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Will be required to obtain fork truck license.
• Adhere to Copperweld's safety and environmental standards.
