Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Williamsport, PA to manage material flow, shipping/receiving, and warehousing tasks.

The role requires loading/unloading, labeling, and proper storage, with emphasis on accuracy of documentation and safety in a fast-paced facility. The position supports Lean Sigma programs, requires a High School Diploma or GED and 6–12 months of manufacturing experience; forklift familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience in a high-speed environment.
• Prior forklift or heavy equipment experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supply manufacturing areas with pallets, components, bags, boxes, and other materials.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and verify paperwork and labeling.
• Operate forklifts and move materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain 6S cleanliness and accuracy of paperwork/records.
