Qualifications
- Safety and environmental training
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain a forklift license.
- Annual hazardous waste/scrap management training.
- Ability to obtain Manlift License.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervision, and management.
- Familiar with inspection equipment, gauges and measuring tools
Responsibilities
- Assist in meeting daily production goals by operating equipment as assigned.
- Follow department work instructions and Crown Quality System procedures.
- Identify and report non-conformities; support corrective actions.
- Perform safety checks, maintain gauges and measuring devices.
- Train new hires and assist with material requisition and dispatch.
- Operate and adjust machinery to stay within specifications.
- Maintain housekeeping and complete daily paperwork as required.
