Oatey is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler in Shakopee, MN. You will perform assembly duties for a range of products, following SOPs, reading procedures, and maintaining accurate records to ensure quality and on-time production.

Position Summary:

Demonstrates proficiency and regularly performs assembly duties for large, small, and long test balls, municipal balls, tubes and inserts, rubber cutters, PET Foam, wall drains, PVC drains, kitting, drain kit packaging, or other specialty products.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints or ability and willingness to learn.
• Accuracy in measuring.
• Decision-making skills.
• One (1) to two (2) years in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Education and Certification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation Range for the Position:

$15.71 - $20.03 - $24.35 USD

Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
