Job summary

Interface, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the RCA line at our West Point, GA site. This on-site role leads shift teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals within a climate-controlled plant.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of supervision experience in manufacturing, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to train workers and optimize processes. This is a third-shift position with RCA responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred; High school or GED accepted with relevant equivalent experience.
• At least two years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong reasoning ability and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct resources to meet the production schedule while controlling costs.
• Enforce safety, quality procedures, and environmental rules.
• Coordinate material flow and training of workers on machines and equipment.
• Analyze work orders and ensure proper staffing and equipment use.
• Initiate training of new workers and conduct performance appraisals.
• Support hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions as needed.
