• Lead and develop a team to achieve production, quality, and improvement targets through training, coaching, and effective communication.
• Utilize continuous improvement tools to minimize downtime, improve quality, reduce scrap, and meet labor efficiency goals.
• Oversee and implement product and engineering changes to ensure seamless execution.
• Promote and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies, making safety the top priority.
• Monitor work order progress to maintain quality and ensure timely completion.
• Manage timekeeping and attendance for the team.
• Maintain strong working relationships with union members in alignment with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
