Job summary

Qualifications

• Complete and pass required medical screening.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP and Safety policies and procedures.
• Perform changeover duties as required.
• Complete TPM tasks as assigned.
• Accurately complete required reporting and data entry.
• Fill and palletize boxes and totes.
• Monitor quality and machine performance; complete production reporting.
• Perform routine quality checks.
• Maintain 6S standards and a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Report to Manufacturing Supervisor.
