Job summary

NOVARES in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, seeks a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri) to support multiple stations while maintaining procedures, quality and safety standards. You will perform production tasks, record data, package and label parts, and help teammates through continuous improvement and 5S.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity to assemble, operate, adjust and inspect.
• Near vision to detect small parts and defects.
• Good color vision and depth perception.
• Ability to take direction from others.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic reading and math for training guides and quality information.

Responsibilities

• Produce in accordance with procedures and standards (production, quality, flows, health & safety).
• Record production on the relevant sheets and affix labels.
• Package and identify parts produced and ensure labels match the product.
• Validate conformity between the product and its labels.
• Raise quality alarms for process or product issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation; participate in 5S.
