New AHF Colors-Please Use this in Lancaster, PA is seeking a qualified maintenance technician for third-shift duties. The role focuses on mechanical maintenance and equipment upkeep in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or 3+ years of related experience, with strong mechanical knowledge, welding skills, and the ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends. Valid PA driver’s license is required.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or 3+ years of related experience.
• Mechanical knowledge including hydraulics, pneumatics, hand tools, and lubrication.
• Manufacturing fabrication and welding experience (stick, mig, or tig).
• Ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends.
• Valid PA driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Work in accordance with NFPA 70E and other applicable codes and guidelines.
• Perform all types of mechanical maintenance, including but not limited to changing bearings, belts, gears, hoses, chains, pulleys, and airlines.
• Welding and fire-watch.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical malfunctions on all facilities, cushion vinyl line equipment and LVT Tile Line Equipment.
• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan.
• Install, dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment as required.
