Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Hanover, PA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 1:45pm-10:00pm) with optional 3rd shift coverage (Sun-Thu 9:45pm-6:00am). You will ensure safe operation of all equipment, perform scheduled preventative maintenance, and coordinate TPM and machine changeovers.

The role requires troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical problems, maintaining CMMS records (MicroMain), and supporting continuous improvement and housekeeping to meet OEE

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work 2nd shift and rotate as needed.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to safety and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet OEE and quality targets.
• Follow Lock out/Tag out (LOTO) policy.
• Perform preventative maintenance and mold changeovers.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical problems.
• Maintain records in CMMS and document parts usage.
• Support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
