Job summary

IPC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, install motors, and perform preventive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work across shifts with clear safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to use hand tools and specialized maintenance tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and time management.
• Willing to work assigned shifts to support plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Install electric motors and perform basic VFD programming.
• Conduct preventive and scheduled maintenance on machines and facility equipment.
• Test, diagnose, replace parts, and adjust equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot control circuits and production equipment.
