Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to service and maintain electro-mechanical equipment at our Wisconsin facility in Sturtevant. You will oversee daily cleaning and upkeep of the site, lead custodial staff, and ensure safe operation of boilers, autoclaves, robotic washlines, and related systems.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, parts coordination, and coordinating downtime with plant managers.

Qualifications

Experience with mechanical assemblies and robotics in production settings.
Welding and basic repair skills.
Ability to identify and repair electrical issues and fault conditions.
Troubleshoot PLC controlled machines; provide telephone support.

Responsibilities

Daily maintenance of equipment
On-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs
Coordinate with Service and Engineering for spare parts, travel schedules and support
Assemble, align, and install equipment and machine upgrades within timeline and budget
Interface with cross functional work teams such as plant operations, global operations, and suppliers
Coordinate downtime with Plant Managers to complete maintenance activities
Report weekly on tasks completed and outstanding
Provide remote service assistance to plants to get them back in production quickly
Maintain Washsmart inventory at Daniels locations with plant management to ensure stock levels
