Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Permanent Maintenance Technician on 3rd shift to support production operations in Asheboro, North Carolina. The role emphasizes mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, safe work practices, and reading technical documentation to keep equipment running reliably.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Technical trade school, military training, or college preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine problems using root cause analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical and operational knowledge with teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect and listen to machine and equipment to locate malfunctions.
• Dismantle equipment and remove parts for repair using hand tools, power tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoist.
• Inspect and measure parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems; lubricate or apply adhesives/materials according to procedures.
• Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments based on engineering specifications; locate and repair damaged air and hydraulic pipes by measuring, cutting, threading, and installing new pipe.
• Read work orders and specifications to determine repair needs and/or Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks; record maintenance and repair information and troubleshoot equipment to restore proper operation.
