Qualifications

• 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or an Associate's degree in electrical/mechanical/electromechanical fields.
• Experience with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes and conveyors.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair and maintain industrial machinery for reliability and uptime.
• Perform predictive maintenance to identify and correct defects before failure.
• Maintain operations equipment to meet production, waste, and quality goals.
• Collaborate with operations to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines and participate in safety programs.
• Be available to work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
