Job summary

King & Prince Seafood is seeking a third shift Maintenance Technician to keep food processing and packaging equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced plant.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, document activities in CMMS, and uphold HACCP, safety and SOP standards to minimize downtime and support production goals. This role requires attention to detail and a sense of urgency in addressing equipment issues.

Qualifications

• Requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and HACCP guidelines.
• Comfort with maintaining accurate documentation in CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Learn plant processing/packaging equipment issues with urgency.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain documentation in the CMMS.
• Comply with safety, quality, SOP and HACCP standards.
