Rich Products Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift in Brownsville, TX. You will perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine troubleshooting on plant equipment and facilities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, and proficiency with power/hand tools. English fluency and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school graduate preferred.
• Three+ years in manufacturing maintenance or related environment.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Interest in mechanical/electrical repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of power and hand tools; ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic repair and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and facility structures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical failures; respond to emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Conduct welding, cutting and soldering as required by tasks.
• Follow OSHA rules and maintain clean, organized work area.
