Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage is seeking an Associate Maintenance Technician for the night shift (AWS 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Base rate plus shift differential is $27.50/hr, with additional increases based on experience.

You’ll perform basic repairs and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment under supervision, troubleshoot issues, and help minimize downtime while building technical skills. Enjoy full benefits, on-demand pay, and growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support repairs
• Help conduct equipment trial runs and ensure proper operation
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate work logs
• Support team efforts to minimize downtime
• Follow safety standards and GMP guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned
