Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven industrial manufacturing maintenance experience (mechanical/hydraulic and electrical/electronics)
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably automotive
- Experience with Keyence SR scanners and vision sensors
- Familiarity with 24VDC sensors and industrial electrical equipment
- Understanding of safety relays, safety interlocks, and machine safety
Responsibilities
- Identify causes of unexpected machine breakdowns
- Repair machines quickly and efficiently
- Perform preventive maintenance and service on machines
- Clean, organize, inventory, stock shop areas and supplies
- Oil and lubricate moving parts to ensure performance
- Record and report damaged or worn parts
- Install replacement parts for machines
- Prepare reports documenting work performed
- May assist with new or removed equipment
- Perform building and grounds duties and basic plumbing/snow removal
- Follow organization standards
