Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to maximize uptime, reliability, and safety. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, with the ability to diagnose equipment issues and support continuous improvement across the facility.

The position emphasizes reading schematics, working with PLC hardware, and applying NEC/NFPA 70E standards.

Competenze

• 2nd shift (1:30 PM–10:00 PM) availability required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with NEC and NFPA 70E standards.
• Experience installing, modifying, maintaining industrial equipment.
• Ability to read pneumatic, electrical, and control schematics.
• Experience with PLC hardware and ladder logic concepts.
• Understanding of SPC concepts; basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work both independently and on a team.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems
• Maintain and service equipment such as mixers, blenders, packaging machinery, pumps, valves, motors
• Complete maintenance work orders and follow up on findings from preventive/predictive maintenance
• Install, modify, and improve equipment to support performance and reliability
• Document maintenance activities and equipment history accurately
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency
• Coordinate with maintenance to secure replacement parts and materials
• Support OSHA, environmental, and facility safety requirements
• Monitor equipment performance and contribute to maintenance KPI goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support additional maintenance and facility needs as required
