Job summary

NOVO Health Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician I for the 3rd shift in Rockmart, GA. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance on laundry and boiler room equipment, with support for plumbing, carpentry, welding, and electrical work as needed.

The Technician will diagnose issues, repair or replace parts, and ensure reliable operation of systems. Candidates should be able to read blueprints and follow schematics, maintaining safety and efficiency in a plant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance and ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues.
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics and follow manuals.
• Willingness to perform plumbing, carpentry, or related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair, adjust, overhaul, or perform preventive maintenance on laundry and boiler room equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems quickly and accurately.
• Dismantle, replace parts, align drives, and service motors and pumps.
• Install and test equipment, verify operation, and document work orders.
• Maintain startup procedures and keep logs and records.
