Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift in Greensburg, IN. You will install production machines and maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

You should have 3+ years in high-speed assembly or manufacturing equipment, with the ability to repair up to 480 V and ideally experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of high-speed assembly or manufacturing equipment experience.
• Mechanical and electrical repair experience on equipment up to 480 V.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install production machines and maintain high-speed equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs on equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production lines.
• Read equipment manuals and complete work orders; perform preventive maintenance.
