Job summary

Clorox Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM) in Morrisville, NC. The role emphasizes safe, preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging, manufacturing, and facility equipment to keep production running efficiently.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, while collaborating across teams and coaching Operators.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics.
• Experience with packaging equipment preferred.
• Proficient with SAP PM for work orders and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits and follow safety processes daily.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and utilities.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and repair breakdowns.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain tools and workshop areas in good condition.
• Train operators on setup, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
• Generate daily maintenance reports and document trends.
• Operate forklift and move materials as required.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement teams.
