This role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, welding, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience including hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and fabrication.
• Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot electrical drawings, PLC logic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with mobile and material‑handling equipment and safe rigging and movement of equipment.
• Computer proficiency including CMMS, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the third‑shift maintenance team, promoting safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with first‑ and second‑shift teams to ensure consistent maintenance coverage and standards.
• Ensure team members are trained, supported, and equipped to perform work safely and effectively.
• Facilitate toolbox talks and monthly meetings to reinforce safety and priorities.
• Supervise maintenance for foundry and production equipment to minimize downtime and boost reliability.
• Prioritize, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and repair work balancing urgent and planned tasks.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical issues including grinders, conveyors, furnaces, robotics, and handling equipment.
• Partner with engineering on complex breakdowns, installations, and improvements per OEM specs.
• Ensure replacement parts are identified, ordered, stocked, and managed via inventory coordination.
• Provide on‑call support and monitor equipment during weekends when required.
• Enforce maintenance safety programs per company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document monthly safety inspections and maintain a clean, safe maintenance environment.
