Job summary

McWane Ductile Ohio is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor for the Poles operation. The role is full-time and on-site, overseeing electricians and mechanics, coordinating with planners, and driving safety and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising technicians, diagnosing malfunctions, and ensuring the department maintains high uptime and quality standards. Experience in leadership within manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus 2 years manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination.
• One year in a leadership capacity desired.
• Computer literate; proficient with Windows, MS Office and ERP/D365.

Responsibilities

• Maintain departmental equipment to support 98% mechanical uptime.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance technicians across shifts.
• Inspect and supervise work quality, safety, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with planners and engineers to support projects.
