McWane is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical and mechanical technicians on the Poles operation site in Coshocton, Ohio. This full-time, on-site role focuses on ensuring a safe, efficient plant, scheduling preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs.

You will mentor staff, enforce safety policies, and work with engineering and planners to keep equipment uptime high. Requires a high school diploma/GED with 2 years manufacturing experience; leadership 1 year preferred.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Leadership experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
• Computer skills include Word, Excel, email, and ERP systems (D365) or similar.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supports a safe work environment and promotes safety engagement.
• Maintains daily department areas, keeps clean and orderly.
• Schedules maintenance for all shifts with Maintenance Planner.
• Supervises technicians, guides troubleshooting and repairs.
• Oversees PM program and ensures parts availability.
