Job summary

MAC Incorporated Lake Forest, CA, is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead 3–4 mechanics, ensure PMs and work orders are completed, and maintain production efficiency in a cGMP setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on capability, and communication to build a high-performing team capable of meeting production goals and safety standards. Training will begin on the day shift with mentorship from the maintenance manager for 30–60 days.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical & electrical proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Understanding of PLC functionality and automation concepts.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience with direct reports.
• Experience leading teams in food packaging or manufacturing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to safely lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3–4 mechanics on 3rd shift in a cGMP environment.
• Oversee maintenance, PM programs, work orders, and equipment reliability.
• Manage department budget and capital expenditure considerations.
• Ensure staff training and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Planning to meet schedules.
