Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of mechanical, pneumatic fluidic and basic electronic control systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Follow written work instructions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously or in small groups.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and repair high-volume filling and packaging machinery.
• Assist in resolving routine manufacturing equipment problems affecting daily operations.
• Record maintenance activities in Cal PM software.
• Communicate line performance at daily huddles.
• Contributes to installation projects on site and supports Industrial Engineers.
