Siemens Healthineers in Walpole, MA seeks a Production Manager to lead reagent filling and packaging operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will coach operators, drive continuous improvement, and uphold GMP and ISO standards in a regulated medical device environment.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and R&D to implement production plans, mentor teams, and advance Lean initiatives, Lean tools, and change management across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of manufacturing leadership in regulated environments.
• Experience leading a production team in medical device or pharma settings.
• Knowledge of FDA, ISO, GMP quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with filling, packaging, assembly operations.
• Strong Lean, 5S, Standardized Work and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily reagent filling or packaging operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Develop and coach production operators to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and standardized work.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, GMP, EHS, and quality system requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute production plans and resolve challenges.
• Manage department resources, capacity, and continuous improvement projects.
