Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Troubleshoot 480V/240V/120V AC/DC electrical systems, motors, and controls.
• Read electrical schematics, ladder logic, and equipment drawings.
• Troubleshoot and repair molding machines, grinders, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and other support equipment.
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment setups, and changeovers.
• Use meters and diagnostic tools to identify equipment problems.
• Support equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
