Job summary

OMG Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift to maintain and repair fastener manufacturing equipment. You will perform scheduled maintenance, assist with setups and rebuilds, and troubleshoot mechanical systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on maintenance, and the ability to read schematics to diagnose issues and implement improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mechanical maintenance including industrial troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Industrial forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as a priority for all OMG employees.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on production and packing equipment.
• Provide emergency/unplanned maintenance as needed.
• Assist with equipment setup for production runs and with machine rebuilds.
