Job summary

Oberto Snacks, Inc. in Kent, WA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift to keep production lines running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

You will troubleshoot and repair packaging and processing equipment, read schematics, work with PLCs, and support startup readiness while maintaining CMMS records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or related environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanicals, refrigeration, boilers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, servo, PLC, and vacuum system issues.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Utilize and document work through CMMS.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Support machine startups and production readiness.
• Repair or replace components using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Submit parts requisitions and maintain maintenance inventory.
