Job summary

Oberto Snacks, Inc. in Kent, WA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift. You will keep production lines running by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining packaging and processing equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to read schematics and PLC logic. Competitive pay, shift differential, and a signing bonus are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of PLC wiring and ladder logic.
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and confined space procedures.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, servo, PLC, and vacuum system issues.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Utilize and document work through CMMS.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Support machine startups and production readiness.
