D&H Distributing Co. in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift to keep warehouse equipment running at peak performance. You will service conveyors, forklifts, lighting, safety systems and related machinery.

The role emphasizes proactive preventive maintenance, safe operation, accurate recordkeeping, and collaboration with teams across the facility to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with Dematic/Rapistan and Hytrol conveying systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance for warehouse equipment including conveyors, racking, lighting, forklifts, and fire protection systems.
• Maintain logs of preventive and breakdown maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, and fire protection systems.
• Complete tasks safely and on time, and coordinate with management and other departments.
• Diagnose mechanical or electrical breakdowns on forklifts.
• Ensure forklifts are safe and operating.
• Adhere to safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
