Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Export controls licensing may be required depending on regulations.
• Significant experience in maintenance leadership or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations of the team, ensuring resource allocation and KPI achievement.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to maintenance personnel with clear expectations.
• Champion safety by enforcing procedures and training team members.
• Lead incident investigations (COMET) and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate shift handovers and team meetings to align priorities.
• Ensure accurate work order documentation per Maximo standards.
• Coordinate on-the-job training for apprentices and support development.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and other stakeholders to improve performance.
• Lead projects and mentor team members to meet delivery commitments.
