Job summary

Tyson Foods in Waldron, Arkansas is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Generalist to monitor and repair production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with new equipment installation. Experience in maintenance or mechanical work is required, with ability to read schematics/blueprints for troubleshooting and repair.

Qualifications

• 6 months of maintenance or mechanical experience required.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift 40 lbs, and work in varied environments.
• Must comply with OSHA standards and safety rules.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment during production and perform repairs or adjustments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and rebuild equipment as needed.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and document corrections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems using schematics and blueprints.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies.
