Job summary

Winbro Group Technologies, a world leader in advanced machine systems, is seeking a Maintenance, Build & Service Engineer for 3rd shift in Rock Hill, SC. Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of Winbro equipment.

You will troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical systems, perform upgrades, and provide technical support while maintaining detailed service records and reports.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; vocational/technical training recommended.
• 3-5 years of field service experience.
• Detailed working knowledge of PC-based CNC equipment and 5-axis drive systems.
• Excellent electrical/electronic and mechanical maintenance skills.
• Valid driver’s license; US citizen or green card holder.
• Ability to read blueprints and install on site.

Responsibilities

• New OEM build, installation, and service of Winbro equipment at Rock Hill facility and customer sites.
• Maintain, service, and commission EDM, ECM, and Laser machine tools.
• Provide technical customer support during installation and servicing of Winbro machinery.
• Diagnosis of fault conditions and rectification of issues.
• Set-up, inspection and commissioning of upgrades and firmware/software updates.
• Complete maintenance records and periodic customer reports.
