Qualifications

• Demonstrated productivity skills and abilities with relevant vocational training or experience.
• Ability to support 3rd shift hours and overtime as required by Union rules.
• 1 year of machine shop experience or equivalent vocational training with evaluation period.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain polishing and visual equipment to daily goals.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments for quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Operators and Cell Leaders on improvements.
• Conduct quality inspections using standard tools to ensure specifications.
