New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. (NHBB) in Peterborough, NH is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine Operator. You will operate machinery, meet precision specs, and support continuous production. The position offers a 20% shift differential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, basic math skills, and mechanical aptitude. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate required machines to produce parts per specifications and drawings.
• Replace worn tooling and adjust machines.
• Use micrometers, verniers, optical comparator, microscope and gauges to set up equipment and check work.
• Operate automation equipment and provide minor troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and correct operating difficulties and maintain records.
• Keep work area clean and observe safety rules including OSHA regulations.
• Move materials and containers as required to complete duties.
