Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience with production equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and adjust production equipment as required.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions to supervision.
• Inspect parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Service equipment with grease, lubricant, and coolant as needed.
• Approve inspection reports and maintain production standards.
• Complete production, productivity, inspection, downtime and SPC paperwork.
• Train new employees and keep the area clean and safe.
