Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an experienced ISC Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift to lead a machine shop team. You will mentor machinists and programmers, manage resources, and drive safe, efficient production aligned with quality standards.

You will develop schedules, monitor workflow, oversee maintenance, and push a culture of continuous improvement using lean practices. The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decisions, and cost-conscious operations in a high-stakes manufacturing

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machine shop supervisor or similar role.
• 2+ years of experience with machining processes and equipment.
• Able to work the 3rd Shift.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Good understanding of quality control principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of machinists, programmers, and support staff to foster safety, excellence, and collaboration.
• Efficiently allocate and manage resources to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Develop production schedules, set priorities, and monitor workflow for productivity.
• Oversee machine maintenance and repair schedules to keep equipment operational and safe.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities within budget.
