• Proven experience as a machine shop supervisor or similar role.
• 2+ years of experience with machining processes and equipment.
• Able to work the 3rd Shift
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Good understanding of quality control principles

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of machinists, programmers, and support staff.
